We are an independent scouting company that complements the work of scouting and analytics departments in football clubs. Our goal is to increase the effectiveness of transfer decisions through an expert approach and a wide network of contacts.

Unlike agents, we sign contracts with clubs — not with players. PASS Scouting's services are paid for by the club. Our clients understand that we are interested in a player's long-term development and future market trajectory. We act in the club's interest and only recommend players who meet the required criteria and possess strong resale potential. In this way, we become partners and move forward together.

We prepare in advance for every transfer window: we start in September for winter window and in February for summer. The first step is to understand the squad-building strategy and the club's current needs — requested positions, profiles, financial conditions, role expectations (ready-to-perform player vs young player for the future). Each candidate is carefully checked by several scouts from different regions in a few stages. We do not propose random players — all suggestions are based on a structured profiling system, with short or extended reports and comparisons to the current squad. The process includes data scouting and live match observation.

A comprehensive evaluation of the team roster considering the playing model: style of play, squad depth, player profiles, strengths and weaknesses. The rating system is based on the club's goals and game structure. Following the analysis, the client receives practical recommendations for the upcoming transfer window. All results are delivered with a clear summary.
